Occasionally, we will carry out “Reward Program” offers and promotions when you make purchases for qualifying items. The terms and conditions below govern the free gift offers/promotions on this site, we encourage all to read through with care to avoid any misunderstanding and dispute.: 

The Reward Program promotions entitlement may require fulfilment of certain criteria(s) as stipulated in each campaign and are only available on Purchase of specific Lenes from our Dealers.

The Reward Program promotions are only valid for specific campaigns and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated

In the event of any disparity and dispute, the final decision will always be Shetala Agencies Pvt Ltd

All Free gift(s) with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.

The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order

Dispatch can be made only within India and subject to areas where courier service is available

All free gift(s)/promotions are valid within the specified period as stated on the relevant campaigns. All claims beyond the specified period will be considered void and not be entertained 

The Reward Program promotions for each campaign is non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other item, cash or credit.
