SmallRig Cage for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III / Alpha 7R IV / Alpha 1 with VG-C4EM Battery Grip 3594 is designed to protect the camera and provide accessory mounts. Secured by one 1/4''-20 screw at the bottom and two side lock adapters via the shoulder strap holes on each side. The cage maintains access to buttons, card slots, a battery door, and a flip screen. Features 1/4''-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8" -16 locating holes to attach Top Handle 1638 and 2165 for a low-angle shot, Monitor Mount 2904 and 2903 as well as Side Handle 2093. The cold shoe mount on the top supports microphones or LED lights, and the NATO rail on the left fits NATO Handle 2427 and 3260. Two 1/4''-20 threaded holes on the front bottom support Rod Clamp 1943 for matte box, follow focus, lens support, etc., one of the front threaded holes features a small locating hole that suits Rod Clamp 3276 for follow focus. Arca quick release plate enables quick switch between tripod and handheld shot; the bottom 1/4''-20 threaded holes allow for mounting DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro Quick Release Plate (Upper) with 2 screws for greater stability. Optional Cable Clamp 3000 is separately available for Sony A7 IV and A7S III to protect cable ports and prevent signal disconnection. The cage features multiple rubber pads inside to prevent scratches and comes with a magnetic spanner for easy disassembly and assembly. The package contains four side lock adapters, the black ones for Sony A7 IV, and A7R and silver gray ones for Sony A7S III, A7R IV, and A1.

Note:

1. This product is only compatible with the Sony VG-C4EM Battery Grip.

2. Please remove the camera’s triangle split rings on both sides before installing the cage.

3. The HDMI Cable Clamp 3000 is not compatible with Alpha 1 and Alpha 7R IV cameras and will interfere with the synchro terminal interface when used on the Alpha 7R V camera.
